The resent driving test changes have put the responsibility onto the student.
In the past you the student would be helped and guided by the driving Instructor.
You must physically book your driving test, but you should still get support from your driving instructor.
Before you book your driving test, talk to your instructor about how you are progressing, and the date the driving test should be booked.
You will need to know when your driving instructor has already been booked for a driving test.
Driving instructors are highly skilled drivers and are aware of the standards required to drive safely and therefore pass a driving test.
So have the conversation, its good to talk.

Above all don’t get fed up with the process, you can do this and be on the road with an intensive driving course relatively quickly.
Find a driving school near you and start asking questions, once you have that full license the effort will be worth it
